Our Nominated Supervisor

Olivia Origlia

Nominated Supervisor

I have been working in the Early Childhood Education and Care industry for 11 years. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work as a Room Leader across multiple rooms and age groups, allowing me to build meaningful relationships with children, families and educators while gaining valuable experience across all areas of early childhood.

I am passionate about creating an environment where every child feels safe, loved, valued and supported to be their own unique little person. I believe children learn best when they feel a strong sense of belonging and are surrounded by educators who genuinely care about them and their individual needs.

Building positive and trusting relationships with families is also incredibly important to me. I believe families are an essential part of a child's learning journey, and I value open communication, collaboration and creating a welcoming environment where families feel comfortable and connected.

I feel very fortunate to be part of the Little Blossoms Academy community.

A Team As Multicultural As Horsley Park Itself

Western Sydney is one of the most culturally rich places in Australia, and our team reflects it. Children hear their home language, see their culture celebrated and learn to value difference from the very first day. Our multilingual educators speak languages including Assyrian, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Arabic, Macedonian, Croatian and more.

It means so much that someone here speaks our language with my daughter. She settled in so quickly because she already felt at home.
